RECRUITMENT
What we expect from you:
- Attendance to be at least 4 nights a week, for the full duration of the raid, unless already agreed prior to being given a trial. Please note on your application if you have certain circumstances which mean you can’t make the full 4 nights. This isn’t to penalise you, it’s to consider how our raid spot rotations will work.
- 110% Concentration, not only on new bosses, but on farmed bosses aswell, we dont want silly mistakes to cause a raid to wipe. People shouldn’t die from their own mistakes.
- Pushing your class to it’s limits. We expect all members to be pushing to be the best. Whether it’s the best tank, best healer, or best damage dealer – Second best isn’t an option.
- Not worrying about burning consumables. In a raiding guild at this level, consumables are used on mass. Don’t be worried about using loads of food, potions and flasks a night.
- Don’t be scared of wiping. On harder bosses, expect to wipe at the same boss for weeks on end. This is the only way to kill them.
- We expect you to read the boss tactics in depth before going anywhere near the instance.
What you can expect from Nightmare:
- Nightmare raid’s most nights, be it in all 25 and 10 mans – There’s always something happening.
- Being an active guild, occasionally some people need to sit out of raids. Whether this is to balance the raid better, to give others a turn, or because someone is performing better.. Everyone will take a seat ‘on the bench’ at times. This rule applies to everyone from Guild Leader to Trialists.
- Progress! Everyone in the guild strives for progress, and that’s what we do. Put in the effort, and the effort pays off.
- Loot! Although Nightmare raids for progress, rather than loot, the loot is still a nice reward, and way to improve your character. Through the DKP system, the more you raid, the more loot you’ll receive. It’s a fair system which gives everyone the same oppertunity to gain the loot they desire.
